Smoking Cessation TMS is a new and innovative treatment for cigarette smoking addiction recently approved by the FDA. TMS therapy stimulates areas of the brain associated with addiction, the bilateral insula and prefrontal cortex, to reduce tobacco cravings and increase impulse control.
