SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray specifically designed to help adults with:
Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD): For individuals who have not achieved desired results after trying at least two antidepressant therapies.
Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with Acute Suicidal Ideation or Behavior: A fast-acting option for those experiencing severe depressive symptoms.
Begin with a complimentary phone consultation, followed by an in-depth evaluation by our mental health professionals. This includes reviewing your medical history and treatment needs to confirm eligibility for Spravato. If eligible, we verify your insurance coverage, working with major providers.
Once approved, your initial SPRAVATO® session is scheduled. Treatments are administered in our clinic under strict medical supervision. You self-administer the nasal spray in a calm, controlled environment and are monitored for at least two hours to ensure safety and address any side effects.
Your treatment plan begins with an induction phase, typically involving twice-weekly sessions. Over time, this transitions to a maintenance phase with less frequent treatments, customized to your unique mental health goals.
Our team remains by your side throughout your journey, offering regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address concerns. We adjust your treatment plan as needed, coordinate with your referring provider, and ensure you have the resources for sustained mental health improvement.

Response Rate: Traditional antidepressants typically show a response rate of 40-60%, while Spravato® (esketamine) has demonstrated response rates of up to 70% in clinical trials (Popova et al., 2019, American Journal of Psychiatry).
Time to Noticeable Effect: Traditional antidepressants often take 4-6 weeks for noticeable improvements, whereas patients using Spravato® (esketamine) may experience relief within 24 hours, as observed in clinical trials (BMC Psychiatry, 2022).
Sustained Remission Rate: Traditional antidepressants achieve sustained remission rates of approximately 15-30%, but Spravato® has shown remission rates as high as 80% when combined with an oral antidepressant (Wilkinson et al., 2018, Nature Reviews Drug Discovery).
Other clinics administer off-label ketamine solutions. At our clinic, we stay strictly with FDA-recommended treatments. Effective, safe, uplifting.
The setting — the place you actually receive treatments — is part of your healing process. It’s why our clinics are designed to be beautiful!
If you already have an existing mental health team, we want to ensure they’re in the loop — so you can receive the best possible care, all around.
If the cure involves high costs and paperwork, it’s not a cure. We only offer insurance-covered treatment — and we take care of the paperwork.
