What are the benefits of Smoking Cessation TMS
Smoking Cessation TMS is a new and innovative treatment for cigarette smoking addiction recently approved by the FDA. What to Expect
Smoking Cessation TMS requires one daily treatment for 5 days a week for just 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of daily treatment, the treatment is tapered to one session per week for an additional 3 weeks. The course of treatment takes about 6 weeks with a total of 18 treatments only. The treatment protocol requires a provocation before delivering TMS, such as showing a cigarette, to improve response rates by activating the regions of the brain associated with the addiction.
