If you struggle with depression, I highly recommend trying TMS, and deep TMS specifically which this clinic provides. It’s been a virtually side effect free experience. They do a great job here of checking your TMS configuration at the beginning of each session to check if the intensity and area need adjustment. They also survey your symptom severity daily as well. When I went to a neurostar tms clinic previously, they did none of this on a daily basis which was dissapoiniting. The accuracy and precision done on your care here is impressive. And unlike neurostar, I feel a more powerful effect from deep tms. As far as billing, the speed at which they were able to get a preauthorization with my insurance so I could start treatment was also great.
The clinic also does a great job with doing proper blood tests to provide any supplement recommendations. A large portion of my anxiety and depression symptoms were relieved by making this adjustment alone. There is a lab just a few floors below them that can do the testing which made it convenient too.
Finally, the staff are super responsive and helpful via digital communication. It’s nice to have that flexibility to not have to rely purely on phone calls which some clinics insist on using as their only form of communicating with you. Looking at traditional psychiatric treatment approaches can look like there still in the stone age after you’ve come here!
